SAT Company was established on December 16, 1984, by a group of Mechanical Engineering graduates from Tehran Polytechnic University as a private joint-stock company, registered under No. 51380 in the Companies Registration and Industrial Ownership Office located in Tehran. It officially began its activities in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries in 1985 and has been actively present in all upstream and downstream sectors of oil and gas projects.

With over 30 years of successful experience in executing oil, gas, water, and petrochemical projects, SAT Company is considered as one of the pioneers in the field of contracting on a national and international scale. The company strives to meet the needs of a wide range of employers and customers for EPC contracting services in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries, and takes full responsibility for its services.

During more than three decades of activity, this company has successfully implemented over 40 projects using its maximum capacity. Additionally, since 2009, by purchasing a Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) machine from Herrenknecht, Germany, it has been able to execute numerous projects in the field of passing oil, gas, and water pipelines under the rivers of the country

1. “48 Saveh” gas transmission line project with a length of 72 km

2. “24” Ethylene transmission line in the west of the country with a length of 176 km

3. Completion of the 73-kilometer-long “26 technical loop-Arak” pipeline

4. Gas transmission line “24” north of Ahvaz, 110 km long

5. Gas transmission line project “12 Alamut” with a length of 49 km
